High-performance materials for extreme conditions
Choosing the good material is a critical step in the sucess of a railway sealing solutions. At France Joint, we have developed specific EPDM 60 and EPDM 70 formulations:
- Ageing, UV, high temperatures and ozone resistance
- Compatibility with the EN 45545 standard (replacing older halogenated elastomers)
- Low smoke emission and reduced toxicity
- Dimensional stability and consistent mechanical performance throughout the vehicle's lifetime
Our formulations are validated by fire/smoke/toxicity tests in certified laboratories and are available in several hardnesses and colors to adapt to your installation and environmental constraints.
