GENERAL INFORMATION
The cutting process is used to make flat circular seals or various outcomes from raw materials arriving as rolls or slabs up to 15 mm thick depending on the material.
France Joint has two technologies to meet client requirements on the quantities desired and as a function of the type of raw material and level of precision of the part to be produced: water jet or digital cutting.
WATER JET CUTTING
Water jet cutting is a technology with a digital control system enabling the cutting of raw materials using a nozzle with clean water under pressure for soft materials or with abrasive water (sand) under high pressure for hard materials.
DIGITAL CUTTER
The raw material is pressed onto the table by a suction system.Digital cutting is a technology with a digital control system enabling the raw material to be cut automatically with a blade.
