Flat cork gaskets
Flat cork gaskets offer a lightweight, high-performance sealing solution, valued particularly for their elastic recovery and ability to conform to surface irregularities. Thanks to a natural structure combined with technical binders, they minimize creep and fastener distortion.
Our range includes two technical solutions for your applications:
- Resin-bonded cork (LI001): ideal for automotive or industrial use, offering excellent resistance to hydrocarbons. Available with a fabric insert for increased tensile strength.
- Nitrile-bonded cork (LI002): formulated with an NBR binder, this high-performance compound holds gas approval (DIN 3535-5). Ideal for sealing applications in boilers, regulators, and precision valves.
Available as custom die-cut parts, our cork gaskets provide a cost-effective, reliable solution for your static sealing needs.
