Flat gaskets
The flat cut gasket is a vital component for static sealing, designed to ensure a tight seal between two flange or housing surfaces. Its primary function is to contain fluids and conform to irregularities in the contact surfaces, even under severe thermal or chemical stress.
We manufacture our flat cut gaskets using high-performance materials to provide technical solutions for any environment:
- Elastomers and polymers: solid rubber (NBR, EPDM, etc.) and cellular rubber for applications requiring high compressibility, as well as PTFE and expanded PTFE for total chemical inertness
- Fibrous and composite materials: high-performance fibers (such as Tesnit®), red fiber, pure graphite, or fiber/graphite composites for high-temperature applications
- Specialty materials: cork or felt for lubrication or protection, and mica for extreme heat resistance
By mastering various manufacturing processes (blade, waterjet cutting), we can produce gaskets based on your technical needs with optimal precision and in your required thicknesses. Our solutions are suited to the most critical applications: whether for steam, heating systems, or aggressive chemical
We offer a comprehensive range of standard gaskets and also assist you in developing custom flat gaskets. Our expertise allows us to meet any volume requirement, from sampling and prototyping to large-scale industrial production.
