These materials are renowned for their optimal thermo-mechanical resistance in scenarios where conventional elastomers reach their limits.
Our expertise relies on a range of grades suited to various environments:
- General-purpose applications: TESNIT® BA-U (universal standard) and TESNIT® BA-202/GREEN, versatile materials approved for water and gas.
- High temperatures and steam: TESNIT® BA-GL (glass fiber), TESNIT® BA-CF (carbon fiber), and TESNIT® BA-R (metal-reinforced) materials for service conditions up to 350°C.
- Low-pressure sealing: The innovative TESNIT® BA-SOFT offers maximum compressibility for irregular or fragile surfaces.
- Chemical and food industry applications: TESNIT® BA-C for excellent acid resistance, and specific grades like TESNIT® BA-KTW or TESNIT® BA-50 for sanitary requirements.
Available as custom-cut gaskets, our fiber materials ensure absolute safety for your steam, gas, hydrocarbon, and chemical fluid systems.
We can also cut materials from other brands upon consultation.
